At Coastline Bus Charters we offer a full scale group transportation service that is geared specifically towards your needs. You might be organizing a field trip for school or for work. You might be a sports team that needs transportation, or you might be a touring company that is transporting people through the famed Louisiana bayous.
  • How much does it cost to rent a charter bus?
    How much you will pay for your charter vehicle hire will depend on many factors, such as distance traveling, number of passengers, availability, etc. To get an accurate quote, do not hesitate to call us at (800) 218-1681.
  • Can I bring food and drinks on a motorcoach?
    We welcome passengers to bring on food and drinks for the ride. All we ask is that you remove any trash yourself and clean up any spillages. If trash or a mess is made on the bus because of food and drink, we may request a cleaning fee from you up to the value of $250. Sometimes the driver may prevent you from boarding with glass bottles.
  • How far in advance should I book my charter bus?
    We recommend booking as soon as possible to avoid missing out on deals or disappointment. Early booking gives you the best chance of getting your special request granted and finding the best deals.
  • Do your vehicles have DVD players?
    Most of our vehicles are equipped with DVD players for your onboard entertainment. Let us know you need these features in advance so we can make sure that we meet your needs.
  • How Big are Your Buses and what Features Do They Include?
    Our deluxe vehicles include up to and above 56 seats, making them quite large. These buses, and some of our smaller ones, boast impeccable features such as reading lights, footrests, DVDs, flat-screen TVs, restrooms, smartphone charging ports, complimentary internet, and temperature controls. There is no modern amenities missing from our stylish fleet.
  • Is Driver Gratuity Included? How much should we tip?
    Our quotes include driver gratuity. You have no obligation to pay any additional sum.
